Untraditional Thanksgiving

Celebrating Thanksgiving in a foreign land can be a bit of a challenge.  Luckily Kyle and I have a good set of friends here that know how to cook!  So untraditional Thanksgiving consisted of chicken instead of turkey, apple crisp instead of apple pie, no pumpkin pie (I’m crying on the inside about it one) but pumpkin fluff stuff, and noraebang for after dinner entertainment.  I am thankful to have gotten a good Thanksgiving-like meal and to share it with friends.  I am also so very thankful that I was able to talk to my beautiful family on this holiday.  It is hard to not be around family during the holidays.

Not turkey!

The spread

The mash potatoes and delicious gravy...I love gravy!

And the noraebang:

Singing my heart out
